Abstract

The continuous and permanent improvement of professors constitutes a priority for the Ministry of Higher Education, Cuba, since it must be in tune with the advances of science and technology in each specific historical moment. It is a qualitative study of the Participatory Action – Research type, motivated by the need for constant updating of knowledge about the environmental dimension for inclusion and exit in the educational process; constituting a task of the first order.
