Prologue

Abstract

The journal Science and Interculturality of the University of the Autonomous Regions of the Nicaraguan Caribbean Coast (URACCAN), publishes unpublished and critical review articles that contribute to the various topics related to interculturality. It is aimed at researchers, teachers, students and professionals linked to the following areas: Education and Intercultural Health, Territoriality, Gender and Identity, Natural Resources and the Environment and Human Rights, especially those binding on international treaties and agreements of indigenous peoples and afrodescendientes. For organizational purposes, the thematic coverage of the journal includes the following sections: Linguistic and Cultural Revitalization, Education, Intercultural Education, Gender and Identity, Social Sciences, Natural Resources and Environment, Agriculture, Indigenous and Afro-descendant Culture, Regional Autonomy, Education Superior in the Nicaraguan Caribbean Coast, Humanities, Intercultural Health, Engineering and Technology.
