About the Journal

The Caribbean University Magazine is a magazine for the inter-scientific and intercultural dialogue of the University of the Autonomous Regions of the Nicaraguan Caribbean Coast (URACCAN), with ISSN print version: 2311-5807 and electronic version: 2311-7346.

The objective of the Caribbean University Magazine is to share and disseminate publications of scientific articles, bibliographic review articles, essays, summary reports of events and project results, inaugural lessons and keynote lectures, as well as stories and legends, poetry, ceramic painting, gastronomy and culinary art that contribute knowledge, knowledge and practices in the themes: Education, Education in the Nicaraguan Caribbean Coast, Higher Education, Intercultural Health, Gender and Interculturality, Gender and Interculturality in the Nicaraguan Caribbean Coast, History and Current Affairs of the Caribbean Coast Nicaraguan, Culture, Culture of the Nicaraguan Caribbean Coast, Autonomy of the Nicaraguan Caribbean Coast, History and News of URACCAN, Environment and Natural Resources and Agriculture.

Its periodicity is semiannual (January to June and July to December). The target audience of this publication is made up of the national community of researchers, students, undergraduate and graduate degrees, and all the public that is interested in the multidisciplinary areas in which the magazine disseminates and shares knowledge, knowledge and practices.
